Salvatech is seeking a Senior SRE / Platform Engineer to join a dedicated engineering POD supporting a funded security remediation program for a leading US healthcare payments company. This role focuses on designing reusable infrastructure and platform remediation patterns across a hybrid AWS and on-premises environment.

You will act as the infrastructure design authority, define IaC standards, oversee safe production deployments, and provide technical direction to engineers while coordinating

Formación

• 5–8 years hands-on SRE and cloud-infrastructure design experience.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) required.
• Deep AWS knowledge including IAM, VPC, KMS, and security services.
• Expert Infrastructure-as-Code with reusable modules.
• Strong CI/CD design and policy-as-code capabilities.
• Experience turning CSPM findings into reusable remediation patterns.
• Experience with regulated environments and change control.

Responsabilidades

• Design remediation patterns for infrastructure findings and IAM models.
• Own the safe path to production, with rollback and guardrails.
• Define IaC standards (Terraform/CloudFormation) used across accounts.
• Decide proper fix vs configuration change for findings.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and review remediation approaches.
• Collaborate with US-based owners on change control and sequencing.
• Ensure remediation evidence meets audit and compliance requirements.
