Job summary

Reclutador is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Medellín-based team. You will maintain and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, focusing on stability, security, and performance across Microsoft-based environments.

You will handle virtualization, networking, endpoint management, and incident escalation within a fast-paced global organization. On-call rotations and occasional maintenance windows are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure administration and support.
• Advanced English for technical discussions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Intune, Windows Server.
• Hands-on virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).
• Networking, switching, wireless, and firewall administration experience.
• Backup and disaster recovery expertise.
• Familiarity with ITSM and service management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain M365, Entra ID, AD, Intune, and Windows Server environments.
• Administer virtualization platforms with performance optimization and HA.
• Support enterprise networking, switching, wireless, and firewall policies.
• Oversee MDM solutions and corporate device lifecycle.
• Perform vulnerability management and patching across infra.
• Ensure backup operations, DR readiness, and retention goals.
• Act as Level 2/3 escalation for infra and network incidents.
• Support ITSM processes and SLA compliance.
• Create and maintain technical docs and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintenance windows as needed.
