DHL is seeking an Expert - Project Manager IMPAT (Business Support) to lead complex customer implementations from local and global levels in Bogotá. You will own end-to-end plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires extensive project management experience, deep logistics knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will mentor colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• >4 years' experience with leadership on complex projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Executes projects according to internal procedures and standard methodology.
• Define detailed local implementation plans for complex projects considering country nuances.
• Manage tasks and deliverables within the overall implementation plan.
• Validate and ensure customer needs are understood and achievable.
• Ensure milestones are delivered on time and risks are mitigated.
• Lead Hypercare activities and maintain regular progress updates.
• Post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
