BairesDev is seeking a Senior IFS Cloud Engineer to join the IFS delivery organization, driving FSM-centered implementations and managed services for North American clients. You will run client workshops, capture requirements, and configure IFS FSM modules, collaborating with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers to drive go-live and hypercare.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IFS consulting, deep FSM configuration expertise, strong workshop facilitation, and

5+ years of experience in IFS consulting or implementation.
Strong FSM configuration and delivery expertise.
Experience with FSM requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Proven consulting and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience with Cloud, Aurena, and/or IFS App Gen.
Strong requirements gathering abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Availability to work ET hours.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Lead FSM-centered implementations and managed-services engagements.
Run client workshops and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
Configure IFS FSM modules based on client requirements.
Drive engagements through configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases.
Partner with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers.
Provide consulting expertise and deliver solutions for Field Service Management.
