BairesDev is seeking a Principal Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise-level Salesforce multi-cloud initiatives from a remote setting. You will shape technical architectures, align them with business goals, and guide engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.

You will design integration patterns, establish data models, and enforce best practices in Apex and LWC while mentoring developers.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related senior roles.
• Proven expertise in designing multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom development best practices.
• Deep understanding of integration architecture, data modeling, and identity resolution strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and oversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.
• Define and enforce technical standards for custom development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Design robust integration patterns to facilitate seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
• Establish comprehensive data models and identity resolution strategies to ensure data integrity and a unified customer view.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices in Salesforce architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into sustainable technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
