BairesDev is seeking a Senior Identity Platform Engineer to own and evolve the identity platform that drives authorization and authentication across services. You’ll design secure integrations using modern identity standards while building Ruby on Rails services and API middleware powering downstream systems.

Qualifications

5+ years in identity and access management engineering.
Strong Ruby on Rails expertise.
Experience integrating Auth0, PostgreSQL, SAML, OIDC, and enterprise SSO.
Proven track record migrating legacy authorization models.
Advanced English skills.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the identity platform, including auth services and API middleware.
Design secure identity integrations across enterprise standards.
Lead migration from legacy models to modern identity architectures.
Ensure security, scalability, and reliability across downstream systems.
