Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Auth0 Engineer to architect and maintain enterprise-grade identity solutions, applying Auth0/Okta/Cognito across multi-tenant systems and implementing secure authentication flows.

You will design fine-grained authorization (RBAC/ReBAC) and Zanzibar-inspired architectures, manage JWT/SAML/OAuth2 lifecycles, and collaborate with global engineering teams. This 100% remote role offers USD compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IAM, security engineering, or software engineering.
• Proven experience with Auth0, Okta, or Cognito.
• Proficient in OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
• Designs secure identity workflows and multi-tenant patterns.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ReBAC and Zanzibar-inspired architectures.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain enterprise-grade identity solutions.
• Implement authentication flows and SSO across multi-tenant architectures.
• Design and govern fine-grained authorization models (RBAC/ReBAC).
• Manage JWT, SAML, and OAuth2 standards for high-performance apps.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate identity workflows.
• Optimize identity security and session handling practices.
