Coupa seeks a Sr. Data Insights & Analytics Lead to drive evidence-based workforce decisions globally. You will lead cross-functional analytics projects, design listening programs, and translate data into executive-ready narratives that prompt action.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness, you will partner with HRBPs and COEs, build Tableau dashboards, and guide data governance while advancing AI-driven insights across the organization.

Formación

• 8+ years in HR Analytics, Data Science, or BI with senior-stakeholder impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or behavioral field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced SQL and Tableau proficiency for executive-ready visuals.
• Python or R for statistical modeling and text analytics.
• Experience handling organizational data (turnover, recruiting, DEI) and large surveys.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, cross-functional analytics projects from vision to implementation.
• Manage the Global Employee Listening Program end-to-end.
• Translate datasets into executive narratives and visuals to drive interventions.
• Collaborate with HRIS, EDE, and COEs to unify data sources and governance.
• Build self-service Tableau dashboards for senior leaders and COE partners.
• Apply AI/ML best practices to study workforce challenges and opportunities.
• Coach HRBPs on data literacy and insights interpretation.
