Formación

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, HR Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, workforce operations, onboarding, or related fields.
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.
  • Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
  • Advanced skills with Power BI, Excel, Power Automate and Work Force DNA.

Job Summary

The Global Experience Lead Analyst, Data and Insights is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, operational excellence, and stakeholder enablement across the global Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Global Experience Ownership team, TA reporting team, R&O (Recruitment & Onboarding Admin) Leadership and business leaders by translating data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and delivering scalable solutions that enhance the employee and hiring manager experience.

The position combines advanced analytics, process improvement, reporting, communications, and change enablement capabilities to support the evolution of onboarding programs, tools, and operational performance. The individual will lead the development of dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting solutions, process optimization initiatives, and stakeholder resources that improve visibility, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, stakeholder influence, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights
  • Own the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of global recruiting and onboarding leadership utilization and agile dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
  • Analyze operational metrics, customer experience indicators, and adoption trends to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Develop KPI frameworks and measurement standards that enable consistent reporting across regions, functions, and stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and identify performance drivers impacting recruiting and onboarding outcomes.
  • Produce data for executive reporting packages, quarterly business reviews, and operational performance updates.
Reporting & Dashboard Development
  • Design, build, automate, and maintain reporting solutions that improve visibility into recruiting and onboarding performance.
  • Partner with reporting teams and data owners to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
  • Create scalable reporting methodologies that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support dashboard adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor reporting health and proactively address data quality issues.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and customer pain points across recruiting and onboarding workflows.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, design thinking, or equivalent methodologies.
  • Standardize operational processes, measurements, governance models, and best practices.
  • Monitor implementation effectiveness and measure realized business value.
Stakeholder Enablement & Communications
  • Create playbooks, guides, training materials, knowledge articles, and communication assets that enable stakeholder success.
  • Partner with recruiting and onboarding leaders, Global Experience Leads, and Talent Acquisition Activation team HR to drive adoption of tools and processes.
  • Support training and change management activities associated with new capabilities and process improvements.
  • Develop communication strategies that increase awareness, understanding, and engagement.33
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights, recommendations, and consultation to stakeholders.
Strategic Collaboration
  • Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, HR, Global Services, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Operations teams.
  • Partner with product owners and process owners to shape roadmap priorities informed by data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Contribute to long-term strategy development through benchmarking, trends analysis, and business intelligence.
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, workforce operations, HR operations, onboarding, process improvement, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.
  • Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex, global environment.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and measurable business outcomes.
  • Advanced skills with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Power Automate and Work Force DNA
Technical Skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong reporting and dashboard development skills.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into executive-level insights.
