CI Homecare is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant to join the team and provide high-quality care to Service Users in line with regulatory standards. You will work within a team to deliver compassionate support and adhere to Care Plans, safeguarding welfare at all times.

The role emphasizes infection prevention and control, teamwork, and adherence to policies to maintain the highest care standards.

Responsabilidades

• Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care to Service Users in-line with the regulatory standards
• Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
• To support Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
• Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control
