Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical hands-on care including personal care and transfers.
• Offer one-on-one companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with medications as defined by procedure.
• Perform housekeeping tasks per cleaning schedules.
• Provide transportation to appointments and run errands.
• Communicate changes to supervisor and maintain confidentiality.
