Job summary

Liberty Latin America is seeking a Senior Analyst, Commercial & GTM Intelligence to turn data into actionable insights across Liberty Caribbean markets from the Bogota office. You will deliver dashboards, analytics and recommendations to support CVP design, GTM planning and performance reviews.

The role blends hands-on analytics, business intelligence and AI-enabled automation, with cross-functional collaboration and executive storytelling. On-site in Bogota.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, business analytics, consulting or a comparable data-intensive role, with demonstrated independent ownership of analytical deliverables.
• Experience in telecommunications or other subscription-based businesses is preferred, particularly in acquisition, retention, pricing or customer value analysis.
• Demonstrated experience delivering dashboards, analytical models and executive presentations that inform commercial decisions.
• Practical experience querying and validating data, automating recurring reporting and working with multiple stakeholders; familiarity with cloud data environments such as AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking revenue, ARPU, churn, gross and net additions, and commercial initiative performance across markets.
• Analyze actual performance against targets, forecasts and prior periods; explain key drivers, flag emerging risks and identify opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, BI and market teams to align KPI definitions, reconcile data sources and document reporting logic, assumptions and limitations.
• Analyze customer segments, acquisition, retention, product adoption and channel performance to identify opportunities for profitable growth.
• Combine commercial data, customer feedback, market research and competitive benchmarks to translate business questions into actionable insights.
• Evaluate campaigns, offers and CVPs using cohort analysis, pre/post comparisons and controlled tests where feasible; distinguish observed changes from demonstrated impact.
• Develop business cases, opportunity sizing and scenario models with Finance and commercial stakeholders to support prioritization and investment decisions.
• Use SQL and analytical tools to extract, transform and analyze data; automate recurring reporting and quality checks to reduce manual effort.
• Use approved AI tools, such as Claude and Replit, to accelerate research synthesis, coding, analysis and presentation preparation, validating outputs before use.
• Develop reusable analytical workflows and templates; document methods and protect confidential and customer data in line with company policies.
• Translate stakeholder requests into clear analytical questions, agreed requirements, deliverables and timelines; manage multiple analytical workstreams independently.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, BI and local market teams to provide evidence for CVP design, GTM planning and performance reviews.
• Present recommendations, clarify trade-offs and track agreed actions with business owners; elevate data or delivery issues and share reusable approaches across markets.
• Prepare concise dashboards, performance reviews and executive presentations for leadership meetings, including ELT and in-market reviews.
• Explain what happened, why it matters and what action is recommended, using clear visualizations and transparent assumptions rather than reporting numbers alone.
• Maintain reliable reporting cadences, enable stakeholder self-service and improve analytical outputs based on feedback, adoption and decision usefulness.
