DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a User Growth Sr. Analyst for its Bogotá team.

This data-driven role blends analytical rigor with growth execution across online and offline channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the grocery business line. You will build trackers and dashboards, analyze traffic patterns, and own strategic growth projects including pricing and promotions, partnering with product, marketing, and operations to scale quickly while ensuring long-term

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in online Grocery, Food Delivery, e-commerce or similar fast-paced digital business.
• Strong data-driven thinking with hands-on data skills (SQL, Excel, visualization tools).
• Experience building trackers, dashboards and performance reports.
• Experience in growth, analytics or operations roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute user growth campaigns across online and offline channels to drive acquisition and engagement.
