WITHIN is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Bogotá-based marketing agency. The role requires strong design skills, leadership ability, and a track record in delivering impactful digital visuals across social, web, and email campaigns.

You will oversee design from concept to delivery, collaborate with marketing and development teams, maintain brand consistency, stay on top of trends, and mentor junior designers. This is an in-office position in Bogotá.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of industry experience in graphic design, collaborating with teams and also working independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on digital design and leadership capacity.

• Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align design with brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing collateral (social, web, banners, emails, infographics).
• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across digital platforms and campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools; foster innovation within the design team.
• Communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Coordinate with web developers and content creators to integrate assets into campaigns.
• Provide constructive feedback during design reviews and manage multiple projects.
