Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Google Ads Manager to manage and optimize paid search and shopping programs across multiple client accounts in Bogotá. You’ll work daily in Google Ads, turning client goals into campaigns, tests, and measurable results, and share your expertise with teammates.

Responsibilities include managing campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max; planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing against goals and budget; using conversion data and bidding

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients, preferably in an agency.
• Strong working knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and conversion measurement.
• Ability to explain what changed in an account, why you made a decision, and what the results showed.
• Comfort balancing several accounts and priorities while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
• Clear communication skills and an interest in coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign management across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max for multiple clients.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns against each client’s business goals and budget.
• Use conversion data, value-based bidding, and enhanced conversions to improve measurement and campaign performance.
• Diagnose performance changes, develop tests, and explain results and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Partner with analytics, creative, and account teams to improve ads, product feeds, landing pages, and measurement.
• Teach teammates practical Google Ads skills and share effective approaches across accounts.
