Intellias Colombia SAS is seeking senior backend engineers to own the architecture and delivery of microservices across platforms. You will design, develop, and deploy services using modern DevOps practices, working with product managers, frontend engineers, and BI teams.

Applicants should have 7+ years of software experience (4+ in Golang), strong backend expertise with monolithic and microservices architectures, and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka and

Formación

• 7+ years of software experience, with at least 4+ years in Golang.
• Backend experience with monolithic as well as microservice and distributed event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development (TDD/BDD/DDD).
• Knowledge of Kafka and/or RabbitMQ and relational/search databases like PostgreSQL/Elasticsearch.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the architecture, design, development, deployment and operations of the microservices you will develop, using DevOps practices and modern methodologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, frontend engineers, designers, and BI teams in autonomous, cross-functional agile squads.
• Act as an ambassador for software solutions, mentoring colleagues and ensuring robust, scalable architectures.
• Work with state-of-the-art technologies like Go, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes and more.
