Coforge is seeking a Senior Golang + .Net Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems on AWS, using Golang and .NET.

The role involves collaborating with remote distributed teams across LATAM and adopting Agile practices to deliver high-quality software solutions.

With 5+ years of experience, you will contribute to code reviews, mentor teammates, and ensure robust, scalable software delivery.

+5 years experience with .NET application development.
+3 years experience with Golang.
Experience developing and deploying solutions in AWS Cloud environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Ability to work effectively in remote and distributed teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Golang & .NET technologies.
Build and implement scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in technical reviews and assessments to ensure alignment with team standards and best practices.
Contribute to backend services and components leveraging foundational Golang knowledge.
Support onboarding activities through technical guidance and knowledge sharing with new team members.
Promote software engineering best practices, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges to ensure project continuity and delivery success.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
