SourceFuse is seeking a Senior Go Backend Engineer to design and implement the execution layer of a telecom-grade data platform. You will drive high-throughput data ingestion, real-time streaming, and time-series storage, while architecting pipelines for KPI computation and network monitoring at scale.

The role is fully remote with LATAM-based candidates and USD compensation. You will work across time zones in a cross-cultural team, delivering secure, production-ready Go code under strict

Formación

• 6–8 years of backend experience required.
• 2+ years hands-on production Go development.
• Experience with Kafka in high-throughput systems and distributed architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Build high-performance Kafka consumers and producers in Go.
• Implement windowed aggregation and stateful streaming.
• Design retry logic and dead-letter queue strategies.
• Ensure idempotent writes to time-series databases.
• Build adapters for DB, API, and SFTP data ingestion.
• Implement dynamic configuration via CRD watcher patterns.
• Write production-grade, secure, and optimized Go code with profiling.
