FXC Intelligence is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Bogotá-based remote team with periodic in-person meetups. You will design and deliver Golang microservices and React/TypeScript frontends, driving architectures and performance improvements for our data platform.

You will collaborate with a team of ~30 technologists, deploy in Docker, and contribute to observability using Prometheus and Grafana. The role emphasizes ownership, learning, and cross-functional engagement.

Formación

• Senior Software Engineer with hands-on Golang and frontend experience.
• Proficiency building Golang microservices and React/TypeScript UIs.
• Experience deploying in Docker and using CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, maintain and enhance Golang microservices and frontend apps.
• Deliver performant interfaces guided by our design system for clients.
• Own features end-to-end from ideation to production.
• Contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions.
• Improve service observability and performance; automate where possible.
• Collaborate across stakeholders and mentor teammates.
