Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and client delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready systems.

You will apply RAG, LLMs, and Azure AI services to deliver measurable business impact while integrating Copilot, Claude, and other tools in cloud-native architectures.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience building AI-powered applications utilizing LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or related Copilot ecosystem technologies.
• Experience leveraging Claude or comparable enterprise LLM platforms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, App Services, Functions, Storage, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, document ingestion pipelines, and knowledge management approaches.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging RAG architectures and LLMs.
• Build client-facing AI applications using Java and modern cloud-native development practices.
• Integrate and optimize AI platforms including Copilot, Claude, and Azure OpenAI.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable APIs and integrations for secure AI-powered experiences.
• Implement vector search, knowledge retrieval, and grounding strategies to improve accuracy.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI apps in Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to AI accelerators, reusable assets, and best practices.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and apply them to business challenges.
