PRGX is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy generative AI models with a focus on text generation and semantic extraction. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define projects, mentor junior data scientists, and stay ahead of AI research trends.

Responsibilities include productionizing models with engineering and product teams, maintaining thorough documentation, and ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security.

Formación

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of data science or ML engineering experience with production GenAI deployments.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning LLMs, and prompt tuning.
• Strong background in ML, DL, and probabilistic modeling.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Experience building large-scale data pipelines and production systems.
• Experience with FastAPI, API development, documentation, and versioning.
• Familiar with AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD (Jenkins) and Docker/Kubernetes.
