PRGX is seeking a Sr Data Scientist in Medellín, Colombia, to design, develop, and deploy generative AI models focused on text generation and semantic entity extraction. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data-driven solutions, mentor junior data scientists, and stay current with AI research.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field and 3–5 years of production AI experience. Experience with RAG, LLM fine-tuning, graph knowledge representations, and cloud/CI/CD stacks
