The ideal candidate will manage the entire accounting cycle, ensuring financial accuracy while collaborating remotely. Candidates must have significant experience in general accounting, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and a Tarjeta Profesional as an Accountant in Colombia. This is a long-term remote position focused on maintaining high-quality financial records.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in multi-entity or service-based companies.
• Strong command of the full accounting cycle.
• English level B1/B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the complete accounting cycle.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
• Enter, categorize, and reconcile financial data in QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain clear documentation to support audits and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of financial workflows.
