Lean Tech, a Lean Solutions Group Division, in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join multinational teams delivering end-to-end solutions across product lifecycle. You will work across backend APIs, microservices, and frontend components using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, operations, and QA, plus participation in code reviews, troubleshooting, and CI/CD practice to maintain high-quality software.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in fullstack development or equivalent front-end/back-end roles.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) best practices.
• Exposure to AWS services and version control (Git/GitHub Actions).

Responsabilidades

• You will work closely with multinational teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support the full product lifecycle.
• Design, implement, and maintain fullstack solutions primarily using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain scalable backend APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Develop front-end components using MUI in React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews, debugging, and CI/CD.
