Lean Tech, a Lean Solutions Group Division, in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join multinational teams delivering end-to-end solutions across product lifecycle. You will work across backend APIs, microservices, and frontend components using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, operations, and QA, plus participation in code reviews, troubleshooting, and CI/CD practice to maintain high-quality software.

• 5–7 years of experience in fullstack development or equivalent front-end/back-end roles.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) best practices.
• Exposure to AWS services and version control (Git/GitHub Actions).

Position Title: Senior Fullstack Developer

What you will be doing:

You will work closely with multinational teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support the full product lifecycle, including backend services, APIs, and front-end features. You will engage with our entire technical stack and contribute to both product development and operational support.

Design, implement, and maintain fullstack solutions primarily using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript

Build and maintain scalable backend APIs and integrate with third-party services

Develop front-end components using MUI (Material UI) in React

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and QA

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues across the stack

Support CI/CD pipelines and adhere to software development best practices

Required Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

5-7 years of experience in fullstack development or equivalent front-end/back-end roles

Strong proficiency with Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript

Solid understanding of SQL (Microsoft SQL is a plus) and NoSQL (MongoDB) best practices.

Exposure to AWS services including SQS, EC2, Fargate, Lambda, and RDS

Experience with version control tools such as Git/GitHub Actions

Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

Occasionally contribute to Java and PHP codebases, learning and adapting as required

Experience building pure code solutions without heavy frameworks

Background in high-growth or startup environments

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
