EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Python Software Engineer in Colombia to join a Scrum team. You will work on backend and frontend tasks using Python, FastAPI, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate across distributed teams, conduct code reviews, and contribute to agile ceremonies.

Strong knowledge of AI concepts and WCAG accessibility is a plus. You will tackle bug fixes, optimize performance, and apply AI tools throughout the SDLC while communicating effectively with

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience with Python, FastAPI and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with AWS and PostgreSQL relational database.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Tailwind, RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Understanding of SOLID principles, REST and design patterns.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with bug fixing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
• Knowledge of AI, Claude and AI applications in the SDLC.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.
• Nice to have: Accessibility remediation, WCAG 2.x, CSS/SASS familiarity.
• Knowledge of AI and Prompt Engineering concepts.
