Truelogic in Colombia seeks a highly autonomous Full-Stack Engineer to build scalable features in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, design system architecture, integrate enterprise apps, and support payroll, billing, and HR workflows.

Work directly with clients and remote stakeholders, leverage AI-assisted development tools, and apply modern engineering practices to ship high-quality software using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

Formación

• Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Proven API design, integrations, authentication, and enterprise system connections.
• SQL expertise including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Ownership of features end-to-end from requirements to production.
• Experience writing automated tests and debugging in startup environments.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain full-stack features across the frontend, backend, database, and system architecture.
• Own feature delivery from design through production, making key technical and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and remote team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with payroll, billing, HR, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Solve complex technical challenges by balancing scalability, performance, and business priorities.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, automation, and overall engineering productivity.
