Formación

• Senior technical background with 10+ years in software development and engineering.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end integrated architectures as a Full Stack Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
• Expertise in designing and building resilient services and microservices; API design (REST/GraphQL/gRPC) and asynchronous patterns.
• Lead complex frontend solutions with modern frameworks and libraries; micro-frontends, SSR/SSG, Core Web Vitals.

Responsabilidades

• Curriculum Design for a Full-Stack Architecture program balancing theory with hands-on architecture and business use cases.
• Lead high-level instruction on API design, rendering strategies, micro-frontends, and distributed security practices.
• Provide technical leadership mentoring to help participants think holistically about interfaces, performance, and infra impact.
• Evaluate projects and provide enterprise-level feedback on data flow diagrams and architecture designs.

Ideal Professional Profile

We are seeking an executive-level consultant and trainer with a proven and unquestionable track record as a Full Stack Architect, Principal Full Stack Engineer, or Software Delivery Lead in global, high-speed, or large-scale environments. The candidate must possess strong expertise in designingend-to-end solutions, with mastery of seamless integration between modern front-end architectures, robust back-end ecosystems, data persistence, and cloud deployments. It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for teaching to convey cutting-edge methodologies, guide critical technical decisions, and empower senior engineers to master a holistic view of complex systems.

Required Experience

• Senior Technical Background: Over 10 years of professional experience in software development and engineering, with at least 5 years leading end-to-end integrated architectures as a Full Stack Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.


• Proficiency in Backend Ecosystems & APIs: Proven expertise in designing and building resilient services and microservices using modern environments (e.g., Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET, or Go), with expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and asynchronous communication patterns.


• Modern Frontend Architecture: Proven track record of leading complex frontend solutions using modern frameworks and libraries (React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js), applying UI/UX design patterns, micro-frontends, performance optimization (Core Web Vitals), global state management, and hybrid rendering (SSR/SSG).


• Databases, Persistence, and the Cloud: Advanced experience in modeling and integrating relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB), as well as deploying cloud-native infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.


• Executive Facilitation and Mentoring: Previous experience leading programs, bootcamps, workshops, or corporate mentoring sessions aimed at full-stack developers, technical leaders, or senior engineers seeking to make the leap toward comprehensive software architecture.

Desirable Experience (Bonus Points)

• Master’s degree or specializations in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.


• Current certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) or official certifications in full-stack development frameworks.


• Active experience as a keynote speaker, technical evangelist, mentor in global communities, or content creator focused on modern architecture.


• Active contributions to open-source projects in the full-stack ecosystem, UI libraries, or development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design: Structure the content of the Full-Stack Architecture program with a managerial and hands-on approach (Hands-on Architecture), balancing conceptual design with business use cases that connect the user experience with the infrastructure.


• High-Level Instruction: Lead training sessions on topics such such as API design, rendering strategies, micro-frontend architectures vs. modular monoliths, end-to-end security (OAuth2, JWT), distributed cache management, and web/mobile application scalability.


• Technical Leadership Mentoring: Guide participants in adopting a holistic mindset, teaching them to evaluate the impact of interface decisions on server performance and infrastructure.


• Project Evaluation: Grade and review full-stack architecture designs, data flow diagrams, and simulations submitted by students, providing enterprise-level feedback.

Contract Terms

• Employment Type: Contractor (Independent Consultant).


• Hiring Type: Per teaching hour / module taught.


• Compensation: Paid in U.S. Dollars (USD).


• Work Location: 100% Remote (Latin America / Global).


• Duration: Per program session or recurring engagement based on institutional demand.
