Job summary

1840 & Company is seeking a Senior Analyst for Financial Modeling & Planning to join the Office of the CEO in Bogotá. You will own the intelligence layer of the office, turning performance data into decision-ready insights through modeling, reporting, and strategic analysis.

You will work directly with the founder and management to scale the business with AI-enabled finance processes and rigorous analytics.

Qualifications

7+ years of finance experience with strong accounting, FP&A foundation.
Meaningful FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Experience with SaaS or recurring-revenue models including ARR/MRR, retention, churn, CAC, LTV.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client’s financial model, annual budget, and rolling forecasts.
Develop scenarios around growth, pricing, retention, revenue, margins, and cash needs.
Create forward-looking forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
Analyze SaaS metrics like churn, unit economics, CAC, and revenue growth.
Provide decision-ready analyses and executive-level reporting for leadership.
Lead AI, automation, and systems initiatives to streamline finance processes.
