MAVI seeks a strong FP&A professional with solid planning and analysis experience to join our high-growth US client teams. You will help shape the annual plan, rolling forecasts, and management reporting, moving beyond reporting into real planning, business partnering, and decision support.

You’ll work closely with finance and business leaders, owning budgeting and forecasting processes, building driver-based models, and delivering actionable insights to influence strategic decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of FP&A experience
• Hands-on budgeting and forecasting ownership
• Strong financial modeling skills (3-statement)
• Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow and working capital
• Experience with variance analysis and executive-ready insights
• Comfortable working with non-finance leaders
• Fluent written and spoken English

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Run monthly actual vs budget/forecast variance analyses
• Translate hiring, pricing, revenue, marketing and operating assumptions into the financial plan
• Own or support cash-flow forecasting and scenario planning
• Prepare recurring management reporting, KPIs and commentary
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product and other teams
• Develop business cases and scenarios for growth, hiring, pricing, investment and expansion
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Help improve planning tools and reporting processes

About the role

We’re looking for a strong FP&A professional who has already built solid experience in planning and analysis and is ready to take on broader ownership.

You’ll work closely with finance and business leaders at a high-growth US company, helping shape the annual plan, rolling forecasts, management reporting, and the financial thinking behind key decisions.

What you’ll own

• Lead or support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Run monthly actual vs budget and forecast variance analysis
• Partner with business teams to translate hiring, pricing, revenue, marketing, and operating assumptions into the financial plan
• Own or support cash-flow forecasting and scenario planning
• Prepare recurring management reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance commentary
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and other teams to understand business drivers
• Build business cases and scenarios around growth, hiring, pricing, investment, and expansion
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Help improve planning tools, reporting processes, and overall FP&A discipline

Must-haves

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, with strong recent FP&A exposure
• Hands-on experience owning or significantly contributing to budgeting and forecasting
• Strong financial modeling skills, ideally including 3-statement modeling
• Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, working capital, and key business drivers
• Experience with variance analysis, management reporting, and executive-ready insights
• Comfortable working directly with non-finance stakeholders and senior leaders
• Strong written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup, scale-up, VC/PE-backed business
• SaaS, DTC/eCommerce, consumer, retail, CPG, marketplace, or tech-enabled business exposure
• Experience with board or investor reporting
• Fundraising or strategic finance exposure
• Experience with planning tools, automation, or finance systems
