Simpro Group in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the business, turning complex financial data into strategic insights in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The role emphasizes OpEx and headcount planning, SaaS metrics analysis, and actionable financial storytelling.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate finance/FP&A, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in corporate finance or FP&A, with SaaS/high-growth tech experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, net revenue retention, gross margin, CAC, and LTV) and how they connect to financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Competitive salary in Colombian pesos (COP).

About the Role
