Roca Alliances is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the business in Medellín, Colombia. In a fast-moving SaaS environment, you will turn complex financial data into actionable insights and drive OpEx, headcount planning, and SaaS metrics reporting.

This role demands strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering concise financial storytelling to senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate finance or FP&A, preferably in SaaS/high-growth tech.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics and unit economics — ARR, MRR, NRR, gross margin, CAC, and LTV.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide detailed financial analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization.
• Own operating expense (OpEx) and headcount planning — partnering with department leaders to build and manage budgets, track spend against plan, and model the financial impact of hiring decisions.
• Partner with leadership to track and interpret SaaS performance metrics — ARR, retention, and unit economics — translating them into actions that drive profitable growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other financial tools to provide insights into business performance.
• Support ad-hoc requests from senior management for financial data and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Identify areas for process improvement in finance operations and implement solutions to increase efficiency.

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, commercially minded Senior Financial Analyst to be a true partner to the business: someone who turns complex financial data into the insights that shape decisions across the company, and who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology business strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics and unit economics — ARR, MRR, net revenue retention, gross margin, CAC, and LTV — and how they connect to financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
