Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá seeks a Sr Finance Manager CFM IM Americas to lead controllership and the end-to-end close for Innovative Medicine Americas from Bogotá. You will assure accurate actuals, robust financial reporting, and strong governance across a regional and global portfolio.

You will partner with Finance Directors and senior leaders, build a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and ensure SOX compliance while shaping the future operating model in the Americas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration required or equivalent.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including controllership and reporting.
• At least 5 years of people-leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee controllership and actuals governance across the Americas with US GAAP compliance.
• Lead end-to-end close processes, balance sheet reviews, and cash-flow analysis.
• Translate financial results into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Drive risk management and process improvements across A2R, GSF and FP&A.
