Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Sr Finance Manager, CFM Corporate, Vision Care Americas and Surgical Vision Global, to lead controllership and actuals reporting from Bogotá.

This role partners with senior stakeholders to drive governance, insights, and scalable finance operations across regional and global portfolios. The position requires a strong background in US GAAP, high-impact leadership, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience with controllership and reporting responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own controllership of actuals for the assigned portfolio and ensure accurate, timely reporting under US GAAP.
• Lead end-to-end close governance including pre-close readiness and final close sign-off.
• Translate financial results into insights for leadership and drive action.
• Partner with Global Services Finance leadership on accounting, controls and reporting.
• Drive risk mitigation, process improvement and standardization across regions.
