Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Senior Finance Analyst SFA CFM Corporate will support the Country Finance Manager, based in Bogota, Colombia. You will partner with MRCs and the NS to ensure accurate financial reporting and cross-functional coordination.

Key responsibilities include closing efforts coordination, trial balance ownership, SOX compliance, and driving standardization across departments using digital tools. 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate with global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• MBA, CPA or CMA preferred for advanced requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closing efforts across organizations to ensure timely and compliant financial statements.
• Own Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Capital flux commentary including forecasting cycles.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support internal/external audits.
