Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS) Finance is recruiting for a Country Finance Manager (CFM) for Corporate GOC, based in Bogota, Colombia. The role leads Controllership, ensuring accurate statements and BRAVO reporting, while coordinating with PwC and Compliance on SOX controls.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA/CPA/CMA is preferred, with 5+ years of finance experience and strong stakeholder management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in finance or related field.
• Experience with MS Office; familiarity with BRAVO, Lynx, CFIN, AFO is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Controllership and reporting for Corporate GOC across all organizational tiers.
• Own actuals, BRAVO submissions, and SOX control compliance in coordination with external auditors.
• Collaborate with HQ finance leadership and PwC on financial planning and governance.
