Job summary

Berlitz in Colombia is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Integrations Architect to own the end-to-end integrations across identity, learning, and HR systems. You will implement SSO using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect, and design robust provisioning, syncing, and data protection patterns for customers worldwide.

You will collaborate with Security, support pre-sales, and document integration runbooks while championing reusable connectors and scalable architectures in a global transformation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with 3+ years building B2B SaaS integrations.
• Deep experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, and SCIM 2.0.
• Production integration with at least one HRIS and one LMS or learning standard.
• Strong API design, event-driven architecture, data mapping and observability.
• Understanding GDPR and cross-country employee data handling.
• Ability to communicate with customer IT admins and stakeholders.
• Platform mindset to build reusable connectors.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise integrations architecture across identity, learning, and HR systems.
• Build and maintain SSO and provisioning workflows with major providers.
• Integrate LMS/LXP platforms using standards like LTI 1.3, xAPI, SCORM, cmi5.
• Sync employee data with HRIS platforms and evalute API providers vs direct connectors.
• Design robust sync patterns with webhooks, scheduled syncs, retries, and error reporting.
• Create self-serve configuration so admins set up SSO/provisioning without tickets.
• Collaborate with Security on data protection and security questionnaires.
• Support pre-sales and onboarding as integration expert; document setups and runbooks.
