Coupa Software Inc. in Colombia seeks a seasoned Solutions Analyst to bridge business needs with engineering for agentic integrations. You will translate requirements into detailed technical specs and collaborate with the data team to align Snowflake data assets with MCP schema, while writing integration code when beneficial.

You will gather requirements, define data contracts, produce blueprints, and validate feasibility with the architect. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solution/business analysis, integration engineering, or a similar role bridging business and engineering teams.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript/Node.js; capable of shipping working code.
• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with Snowflake; data models and semantic layers.
• Track record translating ambiguous business requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineers.
• Working familiarity with agent/LLM tool-calling concepts (MCP or similar).
• Understanding of data governance, access control, and data-quality concepts for curated analytical layers.
• Excellent stakeholder-facing communication in English; capable of running requirements workshops.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements (Finance, Procurement, IT) into agentic solution designs.
• Elaborate the overall solution direction into detailed technical specifications for each integration - field-level data mappings, transformation logic, error handling, edge cases.
• Partner with the Data/Analytics team to define consumption requirements: which curated tables/views, refresh cadence, and access scope.
• Define data contracts and semantic mappings between Snowflake datasets and MCP tool schemas/outputs.
• Produce solution blueprints - data flow, business logic, acceptance criteria - for each use case before build starts.
• Write code directly on integrations - prototypes, mappings, and first-pass connector implementations.
• Validate technical feasibility with the Technical Architect against platform standards.
• Own use-case-level acceptance criteria; ensure connectors meet business intent, not just technical spec.
• Maintain a living catalog of curated data domains and agent use cases.
• Serve as primary liaison between the integration team and business/data stakeholders.
