Job summary

Holcim in Medellín seeks an IAM Expert to lead architecture, development and implementation of User Lifecycle Management solutions. You will work on SailPoint, Java rules, connectors and workflows, and integrate PAM with CyberArk or Safeguard, driving automated access provisioning.

You will collaborate with global teams, perform role mining and SoD analysis, and support DevOps and cloud technologies. Requires 4+ years in workforce IAM and English at B2+, located in Medellín with remote option.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• 4+ years in Workforce IAM with SailPoint.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance IAM/SailPoint solutions including connectors, Java rules, and workflows.
• Design and integrate PAM solutions (CyberArk, Safeguard) and SSO/MFA protocols.
• Plan and execute on-boarding and integration of new applications into the identity ecosystem.
• Perform role mining and entitlement analysis to ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Support infrastructure as code with DevOps practices and cloud technologies.
