Salesforce is hiring an Enterprise Architect – Enterprise AI Transformation to lead strategic architecture engagements with marquee customers at the intersection of AI, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation.

You will partner with CIOs/CTOs to reimagine businesses via AI-powered innovation on the Salesforce Platform, drive architectural vision, and govern agent-driven deployments across global enterprises.

Formación

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture or technical advisory with cloud and AI integration.
• Deep Salesforce architecture knowledge: Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Industry Cloud.
• Proven ability to engage CIO/CTO and other executives at Fortune 1000 scale.
• Hands-on AI/ML skills including predictive modeling and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with data governance, integration patterns, and multi-org/hybrid cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic partner to CIOs/CTOs and influence enterprise transformation through AI and Salesforce.
• Define scalable architectural patterns for end-to-end Salesforce implementations with AI services.
• Modernize architectures by bridging legacy systems with cloud-native and AI capabilities.
• Champion trusted AI to automate decisions and personalize enterprise experiences at scale.
• Build a global Salesforce architects community and share best practices and patterns.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to influence platform roadmap for enterprise needs.
• Publish blueprints, transformation guides, and reference models for repeatable success.
