Job summary

WON is seeking a senior digital designer to craft high-conversion ecommerce experiences and contribute to AI-native design systems. You will own end-to-end journeys, build scalable component libraries, and work with the VP of Design to ship premium, performance-driven work.

Expect ownership, rapid iteration, and a portfolio showing modern, premium design with measurable impact in DTC brands. Proficiency in Figma and AI design tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house.
• Strong ecommerce / DTC experience.
• A portfolio of modern, premium work, not template-driven.
• Mastery in Figma.
• Strong typography instincts, real ones.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of high-conversion experiences in collaboration with the VP of Design.
• Maintain and grow component libraries and design systems.
• Adopt and implement AI-native design tools to accelerate production.
• Build automated asset creation using Figma components.
• Present work with data and customer insights, validating decisions.
