Job summary

WON is seeking a senior practitioner to lead Operational Intelligence engagements, owning client accounts end to end and driving AI-powered transformations across retail, ecommerce, and services. You will guide discovery, define business cases, and shape delivery with cross-functional teams.

Entrepreneurial experience and the ability to read a P&L, model financials, and communicate with executives are essential. Expect hands-on iteration and accountable delivery across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience with executives and stakeholders.
• AI-native approach with practical experimentation and case studies.
• Technical fluency to reason about agent systems, data connections, and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts end to end as the primary contact.
• Run programs across multiple areas, not a single tool.
• Benchmark business performance across customer experience, marketing operations, and forecasting.
• Define the business case, expected outcomes, and delivery direction.
• Drive profitability and build repeatable offerings across accounts.
