WON.ai is hiring a Senior eCommerce UX/UI Designer for a Remote LATAM position. You will own end-to-end high-conversion experiences and redesign customer journeys for premium ecommerce brands, collaborating with the VP of Design to ship fast using AI-native design systems.

Required 5+ years in digital design with strong ecommerce/DTC experience and mastery of Figma. Familiarity with Claude Design and Figma MCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems
• Use Claude Design and Figma MCP to reduce production time
• Present work with data-backed rationale
