Endava is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics Developer to lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will work with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions and integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP, intranet, and other systems.

You will design PCF controls and oversee Azure integrations, while establishing standards for security, performance, and maintainability in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Strong experience delivering integrations using Microsoft Azure.
• Translating complex requirements into practical technical approaches.
• Technical leadership while remaining hands-on in delivery.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, security and deployment practices.
• Experience in Agile, sprint-based delivery environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Refine requirements and translate complex business needs into actionable stories.
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Design and develop PCF controls.
• Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Define development standards and ensure quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Review designs and code, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor the team.
• Contribute to sprint planning and delivery; onboard team members.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and stakeholders.
