Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Senior Technical Architect to lead design and delivery of CE and Power Platform solutions for large clients. The role involves close collaboration with onshore and offshore teams, workshops, and mentoring colleagues.

Hybrid work, full-time permanent, with visa and relocation package to Malta. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in IT, strong Dynamics/Power Platform expertise, and experience across sales, service, and marketing modules.

Formación

• 12+ years of IT experience including end-to-end Dynamics CRM/Power Platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience in consulting and delivery using waterfall, agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience creating demos and pre-sales activities is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Organise and document workshops and requirements sessions with client stakeholders.
• Design scalable Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics CE and Power Platform according to client needs.
• Deliver consultancy and configuration work to meet project SLA and quality standards.
• Mentor other team members and contribute to pre-sales demonstrations.
