RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Finance and Accounting to lead our corporate financial strategy, planning, and accounting operations.

This senior role will require deep GovCon finance expertise and the ability to drive finance transformation in a federal contracting environment. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance with FAR/CAS/DCAA, payroll, and internal controls, while mentoring a high‑performing

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in government contracting finance.
• Deep knowledge of FAR, CAS, DCAA audits and govcon regulations.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Lead finance transformation and system improvements, including Deltek Costpoint.
• Provide strategic insights to executive leadership and CFO.
• Mentor finance staff and ensure accurate, transparent reporting.
