Lateam Partners is seeking an experienced graphic designer with leadership skills to oversee digital design projects and team workflows.

You will blend hands-on design with managing reviews, deliverables, and client feedback, directing projects from concept through completion while upholding branding standards and creative strategy. Collaborate with marketing teams and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality outcomes across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience, with leadership and team oversight.
• Strong portfolio showing creativity and technical skill.
• Deep understanding of composition, typography and color theory.
• Graphic design experience with a digital focus, ideally in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct design projects from concept to completion, on time and to client expectations.
• Develop design strategies with creative and marketing teams.
• Create digital assets: social graphics, banners, infographics and newsletters.
• Establish branding standards across digital platforms and campaigns.
• Act as liaison between designers and clients on concepts and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects at once and oversee external vendors.
