Job summary

Lateam Partners is seeking an experienced graphic designer with leadership skills to oversee digital design projects and team workflows.

You will blend hands-on design with managing reviews, deliverables, and client feedback, directing projects from concept through completion while upholding branding standards and creative strategy. Collaborate with marketing teams and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality outcomes across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience, with leadership and team oversight.
• Strong portfolio showing creativity and technical skill.
• Deep understanding of composition, typography and color theory.
• Graphic design experience with a digital focus, ideally in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
