Forte seeks a senior delivery leader to own multi-year, government-funded programs from enrollment to payment evidence. You will drive client meetings, supervise providers, and ensure audit-ready evidence and reporting for outcomes.

You will mentorDelivery PMs, optimize delivery through AI-enabled processes, and travel up to 50% to client sites. Based in Medellín, bilingual in English and Spanish, with a track record of delivering complex programs.

Formación

• Senior project or delivery management experience running large, multi-stakeholder programs end to end.
• Experience delivering under government contracts or with institutional funders, where evidence, audits, and formal reporting are part of the job.
• Fluent, professional English and Spanish. You can present to clients in either language.
• Strong client skills and comfort being the face of the work in decision rooms.
• High attention to detail and outputs others rely on.
• You already use AI tools in daily work and push what they can take off your plate.
• Based in Medellín, with a valid US visa and availability to travel up to 50%.
• We care more about track record than formal qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned programs: enrollment, training execution, provider supervision, evidence collection, and outcome reporting.
• Run client relationships directly; lead meetings, presentations, and tough conversations.
• Coordinate training providers and enforce contract terms and quality standards.
• Manage evidence and reporting required for outcome-based payments.
• Coordinate and set the standard for Delivery PMs on active programs.
• Use AI tools to run more of the program with less manual work; seek further automation opportunities.
• Travel to client sites up to 50%.
