Massive Rocket Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client engagements, spanning multiple workstreams and global delivery teams. You will be responsible for client satisfaction, governance, and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced agency environment.

Formación

• 5–8 years of Project or Programme Management experience, with progress leading complex client engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and senior stakeholders in complex delivery environments.
• Strong commercial experience, including budget forecasting, margin management, and revenue recognition.
• Excellent client leadership skills and confidence managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing globally distributed delivery teams across time zones.
• Solid governance, risk management, planning, reporting and quality control skills.
• Experience contributing to RFPs, proposals, and growth initiatives.
• Comfort with using AI tools and data to automate reporting and improve delivery decisions.
• Experience in fast-paced agency, consultancy, Martech, or technology environments.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery across complex, multi-workstream client engagements, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, quality, and programme health.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment to business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, delivery cadences, RAID management, and reporting to keep programmes predictable and on track.
• Own account P&L, including budget forecasting, margin management, revenue recognition, and change requests.
• Lead and coordinate globally distributed delivery teams, setting clear expectations and driving accountability across workstreams.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and junior team members, raising delivery standards across the team.
• Lead delivery input into RFPs, proposals, and pitches, identifying opportunities to support account growth.
• Use AI tools, dashboards, and project data to improve reporting, delivery efficiency, and decision-making.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, governance, and ways of working at Massive Rocket.
